"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as there was a stain on the carpet. They moved us quickly with an immediate apology and a lovely bottle of wine. The restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay there again"

"All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area.
