"This suite was absolutely wonderful! It is in the village of Megalochori which is less crowded than the more touristy places like Oia and Fira. You can walk directly into the village for shopping, plenty of restaurants, a fantastic bakery, an amazing art gallery, and beautiful sites. Nikos, the host, was incredibly helpful and arranged all our excursions and transportation to wherever we needed to go. They delivered breakfast each morning that was delicious, too! "This hotel is a very basic hotel. I think you get what you pay for. The pools are beautiful and very nice. There are much more expensive hotels on the island, and this one makes it more accessible and I love the small town it is located in. I have to say, the service was incredibly friendly, warm and personal here. I found the beds to be a bit hard, and the shower was a bit difficult to manage, but I am also used to more American standards so that could be part of the difference. "

No place to buy coffee etc. Unless one goes to local shop 10 minutes walk away. £30 transfer from airport on shared mini bus. Would not go again even though a beautiful place.
