I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. "The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. "
