"Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. The phone help was promt but could not figure out were we were even with the GPS photo. They were responsive till we were in. Did not help that is a dark street and was...

"Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett war komplett durchgelegen. Hier gehört dringend ein neues Bett mit 1,80m Breite und neuen Matratzen her. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool, der ganz schön ist, jedoch ist um den Pool herum alles an Mobiliar lieblos zusammengestückelt und teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Um auch etwas positives zu nennen: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings würden wir nicht nochmal kommen. Da stimmt meiner Meinung nach das...

"Good size room, check in on line for personal details but could not pay, after a few tries went to the hotel door and the system worked fist time and delivered the key. Slept well but was woken early by the construction site to the rear of the property at about 7.30am. Nice small terrace off the room giving a partial view towards the lake, the hand rail on this could do with some repair as very wobbly. Overall a pleasant overnight stay although woken early "

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast buffet, good location for walking around Litzelstetten, catching a local bus into Konstanz, which is a very beautiful town, or driving a short distance to the Insel Mainau or to the ferry across to Meersburg. Would stay again. "

"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable.
