Perfect hotel great for our family holiday. 2 lovely outdoor salt pools with bars - one quieter and one with activities. Modern, clean rooms, really nice buffet breakfast, a good activity schedule. A great location - right by the stony beach and a short stroll to Medulin. Near lovely beachside restaurants and bars. An easy taxi ride to Pula old town to sightsee there.

Beautiful location very close to the shore 3 swimming pools great buffet at breakfast and dinner helpful and friendly staff at the reception exceptional aqua jogging instructor friendly waiters at beach bar / restaurant - grumpiness of the male restaurant staff - at times very bad smell of sewage in the inside pool

Enjoyable stay.

Modern, clean hotel. Beautiful setting with lovely pools and area by the sea. Short 10 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and marina with stunning views. Beds very comfortable. Food at breakfast could be more varied ; especially fruit which often ran out. Omlette station is great. Lovely lady looking after customers in the bar later in the evening ( apologies for not knowing her name ).

Very disappointing. Booked superior sea view room (could hardly see the sea - was mostly a view of the wall) and the lighting was so poor that we had to use torch on phone to find things in suitcase. Arrived very late (had informed hotel in advance) and check-in took ages. Also, specifically booked a hotel with parking as a member of the party was disabled but car park was full. Then was told breakfast finished at 11am but checkout was at 10am! No-one offered to help us with the luggage. Breakfast was ok but very crowded. Huge queue at reception for checkout. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money.

Awful from the start

To summarise - Unable to add another night to the booking via Hotels.com, had to cancel booking and rebook. This then made it more expensive as price had gone up. I was told by hotels.com that this was due to the hotels policy. Reception were unfriendly, I was told nothing about breakfast times or anything useful on arrival.Booked a double room - we arrived and there were two singles. The room was a superior room, not what you would describe as Superior. Safe didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Ordered room service, this was dealt with like it was a huge inconvenience and they were rude. Room service tray with dirty plates not removed from room when cleaned the next day. Oh and the best thing, they literally had 100's of children staying at the hotel for a nearby football tournament, the noise was something else. Not what you would hope for on a couple long weekend spa break.

Would definitely not return, I have contacted the property about my experience last year and have not had their response. Staff unhelpful and unpleasant. Arrived late at night, no water to be offered of to be purchased, family rooms very small, breakfast terrible. Staff disrespectful towards lower ranked staff which was extremely obvious to guests and unpleasant to see.

Overloaded

The hotel is too big for the parking capacity and for number of sunbeds. Aroung the pools at 9am already all beds are reserved as well as at the beach. Half of the Superior room is empty with one chairbed, propably prepared for the child beds, therefor the other half is overpacked. The desk fixed to the wall at the bed, no way to move it to the empty place. Some balcony has partialy shaded by a wall. Thats is really bad. And all balcony has a large useless desk on it, which is occupy the half of the balcony. There is no drying line at in a beach hotel... There is no self in the cabinet, ten hanger is definitely not enought...

Et ganske udmærket hotel. Rigtig god buffet i restauranten. Meget serviceminded personale. Flotte faciliteter. Værelserne kunne trænge til renovering samt der var lidt støj om natten fra generatorer eller lignende. Der er msnge turister i området.

God beliggenhet, men overpriset og dårlig service

Overpriset hotell med ansatte som virket som de mislikte jobben sin. Helt umulig å få solseng om ikke man var ute og reserverte i 08-tiden, mange solsenger sto tomme halve dagen uten at noen samlet inn håndklærne og tilbød til andre gjester. Området til hotellet på stranden var åpent for alle og charget 25 euro for to senger og en solseng. Frokost og middag var bra. Renhold på rommet var under forventning, fant søppel fra tidligere gjester under sengen og fikk ikke nye håndklær selv om de gamle ble hentet inn. Beliggenheten var god
