"Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. À notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu’il n’y aurait pas de club-enfants. Cela a été vraiment dommageable car nous avions trois petits-enfants et cela était prévu lors de la réservation. Cependant, la piscine a été agréable et nous avons fait sans. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce si cela continue afin d’ éviter ce désagrément. Merci"

"Convenient 5 min hop on the team to the airport right across from the hotel, , room were clean and very comfortable, but on my last day stay, the air conditioning got turned off , it was a warm sleep but since I need to get up super early, I didn't bother to notify the front desk , otherwise, highly recommend , 2 thumbs up!!"

"First of all, all region was a bit rundown and overpriced. So if you plan to stay in Bordeaux, even for one night, I recommend to review you choice. But it is well connected to the center via tram and till midnight and all hotels have their parking. Coming to the hotel, the house keeping was pretty irregular and dissatisfying. I have finished very little provided liquid soap and tissues, no body came and checked. I picked new ones up from the reception and no one from the house keeping bothered to put them into their containers. Same was true for the body wash (single miracle cleaning solution for everything!!!) On the amenities side, things were also pretty basic: espresso machine with pods you need to search at the reception, there is no kettle so you need to search for the hot water at the reception. And for the drinking water promised, you also need to search cold, probably filtered, tap water there. So all and all, it was not a very convenient stay in term of hotel services. Especially if you go for business, I don’t recommend staying there."
