"We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day. We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. "This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The hospitality from the staff was amazing. The Riad itself is beautiful. I really enjoyed the different breakfast given each morning aswell. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a night at first, then had our 3-day tour. The hotel offered to store our luggages free of charge, until we come back from our 3-day trip. We then stayed for 2 extra days after our trip. The rooms in the hotel are clean and have very good ambience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a place where you can have a comfortable stay in between tours. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
