Really annoyingly as I had paid in advance I was told I hadn’t. I had to stand my ground and show them my receipt from hotels.com. I wonder how many people might have presumed that it was pay at the property The room was drab with no toiletries in the bathroom and the shower not over clean. I was late and it took ages to get my WIFI...
