"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish.

"Only two bottles of water were provided on the first day, with no replenishment afterward. The breakfast area was short-staffed, and many times we had to clean our own table before eating. The coffee machine had many options, but without refilled beans, only one or two selections actually worked. Staff were too busy to restock clean plates, so we had to search for them in the cabinet.
