"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "A hidden gem. Young property,clean lines. Rooms very clean great WiFi. Fluffy towels but most important good pressure, plentiful hot water. Buffet breakfast. Cafe facilities all day round a good size pool. Then a Italian type evening choice restaurant. Stopped in Vada village for five nights after hectic fours days in Rome. Used the train, perfect. Hotel was less than five minutes walk. Left for Pisa bye train after a relaxing time. Will visit again "

"Smell of sewage from the bathrooms, WiFi non existent. They should at least leave some things to keep the property clean, no bin liners, sponge or washing up liquid, literally nothing - I wasn’t going to buy every household cleaning product for a short stay. It is a shame because that explains why the property was dirty. No bins in the bathroom either"
