"Overall a good experience Multiple power cuts on the last day which was a shame Housekeeping was a little inconsistent one day towels another day nothing etc Kids facilities fantastic Local knowledge was a little sketchy which didn’t help and I would have thought English language would have been reasonably strong considering the amount of British visitors wasn’t the case though Would happily come back overall the small issues were minor"

"Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour. Completely unacceptable (lack of) service by hotel staff. Atrocious small emanating from the lobby. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We were traveling though and we spent one night. We had a large clean room. The gym was huge and had every kind of equipment. Highly recommended."

"The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers."
