Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains .

El día de la entrada no había nadie en el hotel, no contestaron las llamadas, ni mensajes, ni mails. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento que hasta las 20hrs no pude encontrar. Al día siguiente nos pasaron un mensaje diciendo que tuvieron una incidencia y que nos compensaban con 2 noches gratis.
