"Breakfast was good, they kept the pool open past the time they close due to later check in . Which worked fantastic for us and our kids after our long drive. Staff was very accommodating. Hot tub was hot and pool was refreshing. Hotel was a little dated but who cares things not everything is going to last forever. Would stay there again!! "

"This is one of the coziest hotels I’ve stayed in! It was very clean and spacious, the hot tubs were clean and warm. The breakfast provides a lot of variety and was kept fresh and the area cleaned throughout the morning. We will definitely stay here again! "

"I had booked a King room with jet tub and balcony and was placed in the furthest hall in a corner on the second floor where you have to walk forever to get to and where there were rooms with conjoined doors. It had its own seperate door for 4 hotel rooms and was excluded from the main part of the hotel. We could hear yelling from the guys next door like they were in the room with us. The room was also not cleaned well. There were rings from drinks on night stands, toothpaste on fronts of bathroom cupboards as well as hair on bathtub and pink mold in the jets and filter of the tub. My boyfriend asked the front desk to move us and they at first acted like there was nothing that could be done besides ask the neighbors to be quiet, which we didn't want done because we didn't want issues with our neighbors. They then agreed to move us to another bigger room on the third floor. As we were walking to our room the halls were full of people drinking alcohol and going from hotel door to door partying and yelling. We walked in our room and there were spills of alcohol or something sticky as soon as you enter the door. We didn't have a balcony like I had payed for nor did we have a King bed. I believe it was a full. Rooms are not very clean for being a 4 star hotel. Ive worked at hotels so the attention to detail should be better in my opinion. I told the front desk about our issues and she said they cant really do much about people making noise but they would address the housekeeping."

"bathroom needed repairs. hot tub was nice. breakfast was good but wished it had a bigger variety of items, bed was VERY firm, which I didn't like, but others may find that a plus."

"Stayed in a king bed for a few nights. It wasn't even loud because of the nearby highway, but because of the motorbikes roaring in the lot, the trucks loading beer in the adjacent building, and all around gasket firing going on. The combination of noise was anxiety inducing. There was also an awful chemical smoke smell the girst day and I could not fall back asleep for 2 hours because I couldnt breathe. Soap was not stocked in the room. The door to the bathroom was not aligned properly. A shirtless employee(?) was powerwashing the lot. The pool is not enclosed in the facility it is outside right next to the car lot. The AC unit is rather loud. Otherwise, pillows were nice, the general facility is tidy, breakfast included waffles, bagels, small and quick breakfast choices."

"This is a terrific property. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well furnished and very comfortable with a great jacuzzi in unit, and shared hot tub on deck, shared only by a few rooms. The surroundings are amazing. "
