"They staff member at check-in was great. Our shower was dirty and lights in hall didn’t work. Only had two coffee pods they only service every other day so no cups. They person at the breakfast was so busy on they phone never wiped the table check trash refilled food until someone asked friendly but too busy on phone. Someone tracked in mud it took over 8 hours before anyone cleaned up. The water in the lobby was always empty. The gentleman at food today our check day was amazing. Cleaned...

"Great size room and space! Room was not completely clean. Noticed stains on bed and sheets and floors looked like needed to be cleaned. They were short staffed so had to go to front desk to get things needed such as towels. Pool was extremely cold. Overall a descent stay."

"The room was large and extremely clean with a refrigerator and convection oven. It also had real dishes glasses and utensils along with a dish washer and kitchen sink. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. We will definitely stay again. "

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Walls are thin though and you can hear everyone talking and running around. First day the fire alarm went off, a dog got away from his owner and charged one of my kids in the hallway, second day a women was screaming and cussing someone out in the lobby and on the last night the elevator was out of order. Over all the hotel served its purpose. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. "

"Hallway and room had a funny smell, the front desk clerk was asleep, they called our room an hour before check out to remind us to check out, our bed had a dip in the middle from overuse and should have been replaced, hairdryer was broken, the conditioner had been used, and was almost empty. The set up of the hotel was stupid with the only elevators being on the far left-hand side of the hotel. Of course our room was the last one to the far right side of the hotel. There were only three drinks...

"Room was clean, the check in staff was great and friendly. We had no refrigerator in our room which was advertised as having one. The staff on duty thought there was one and when I said there was an empty space where one belonged they weren’t helpful or at all worried that we had items that needed refrigerated. Just said we can get one in there after the weekend. "
