Hotels in Medeu District, Almaty

"Excellent breakfast, very friendly helpful staff,"

"I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers."

"It was great and right next to Kok Tobe."

"The location is good, and close to the main park and church. The breakfast is good as well. However the back of the hotel has a loud bar and can play rock music all night, and you may try hard to get the room type you reserved."

"Very clean, spacious room,; quiet; excellent breakfast!"

"AC doesn't cooling enough, tiny room, breakfast for $21/person. Great SPA"

"This hotel is okay. Not even close to a 5 stars. Too expensive for what it offers. It is beautiful and has an excellent location, the staff is nice enough but the building has more history than comfort."

"The location was excellent and it was walkable."

"Property was clean and staff was very helpful. Location is quite central to the city."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Naya Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel!"

"It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place "

"The room was clean; the bathroom was spacious (with a tub!); walking distance to two famous parks in the city (Central and Panfillov); the restaurant on the lobby floor was good; a bit noisy from construction right next to the hotel"

"The staff was very friendly!"

"Kind staff"

"I liked the free mini bar that saved a lot of time during my travel."

"Clean room and very good staff"

There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient...
