"Booked this hotel because my flight was lat night wanted rest for 6 hours. Left a request note that I paid for over night stay but only stay 6 hours early check in if it’s available. When I arrived, it was 1PM a lady at the reception unpleasantly looked at me said check in is 2PM come back in an hour. I explained, if early check in is possible that I am only staying for 6hours. "The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."
