The whole setup is so convenient.. from the pool side room with balcony...to the huge breakfast options.. I always come back to aryaduta.. Staff are helpfull and always smiling..

I was pleased with the hotel. Very nice amenities and great service. Room was very nice and comfortable. The downside is the carpets in the hallways were stained. A simple improvement that could be made that would improve the property. Location was walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. Not a good place to walk at night alone.

Rooms are fine, large comfortable bed, quiet air con and good shower. However mouldy in shower grouting, only Nescafé powder for in room coffee and wifi not working properly due to renovations. Restaurant for breakfast a shambles, so busy that every time I got up for something my table was cleared and someone else had sat down even though I hadn’t finished Pool nice, but unfortunately right beside smoking area, which also was beside gym with open door. Made it unusable for me I got a great price here but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel as they bill themselves

Very Nice Hotel
Beautiful hotel and room. Good location, close to the train station for the airport (allow extra time for crossing the roads though!). Reception staff were really nice and helpful, especially Fadle. The breakfast room was very big with lots of choice, however I asked 2 members of staff if one of the dishes was vegetarian/no meat and they didn't understand me at all so I gave up and stuck to the waffles, cakes and juices which were all really good!

Staff (Ivan) was super. Otherwise, the hotel is slightly worn, mould in the shower and tile's fitting have broken off in places. Moreover, the cleaning lady had left a hair pin in the shower for us some hair at the drainage. Coffee (capuccino made by the staff) was good.

Cleaning practices are not good at all. Very expensive price for the limited breakfast and bbq friday was terrible. A male worker tried to sneak into my room. He did not ring the door bell at all and opened the door very slowly to not make any noise and when he saw me in my room he was surprised and acted like he was house keeping. Which he was not. He was definitely up to no good. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The pictures are glorified for what you get.

Absolutely in need of a renovation. The layout of the hotel is also not very well thought through, I have to actually walk like 6-7 minutes before i can reach my room. that is almost like walking to the gate in an airport. I think the carpet have not been cleaned for a long time.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, there is a lot of choice and it is delicious. The pool is always clean and its big enough, it’s often busy with families and kids in the morning but after that you can relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and efficient, they treated us very well. I upgraded my room and the man who took my request even in the middle of the night and set up everything for me. The rooms are clean and comfortable, modern design.

The room had a smell . The lobby is on the 9th floor and the elvator to my room was a long walk - they need to make the layout of the rooms simpler and easier to access.

I arrived from an overnight flight and Reception did there utmost to accomodate me as soon as possible. The pool was glorious for a dip in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The hotel is 5 min walk from Merdeka Walk and al fresco cafes. Only downer being one of lifts was out of action, but only a minor blip. Wholly recommend.

NON SMOKING HOTEL
This hotel is not for smokers. I feel annoyed when the counter staff asked me to signed NO SMOKING agreement upon checking. And because of that, I have to upgrade my room to the pool side so that I can smoke. However, this cost me additional RM 1,850,000. I really feel being cheated by this hotel adv. If they tell upfront that the hotel is a non smoking hotel than I will never want to stay there. Anyway, the hotel staffs are good. So does the environments and facilities. But very sad, I would never stay in this hotel again. Not even want to recommend it to my friends and families.

very small gym. Not a gym for a 4-star rated hotel. My room had a balcony witrh a view of the pool. It made my room very noisy during the day. I asked the receptionist to perhpas change my room, they said they would look into it , but then ignored it.

Luxury hotel for a great price!
The hotel went above and beyond, offering a very comfortable room, great staff and beautiful pool. The restaurant lacked a lot of vegetarian options, but otherwise was delicious! We ate the dinner buffet which offered a wonderful variety of Asian dishes. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also delicious! We also booked an in-room massage that was one of the best I've ever had!

Reached around 12 noon due to early flight. Was not expecting to be able to check in early since the check in time was 2pm. The front desk staff was nice enough to check and luckily for us, there was a room available. Rooms are non-smoking throughout and a refundable deposit of 100,000rp per night was required upon check in by cash, credit/debit. I booked a business deluxe room and it was quite big. The room was okay. Everything was working well. Only I felt the room was a little dim at night, can use with more lamps or brighter ones. Got 2 USB ports available in my room so charging wasn't an issue. Toilet is clean had amenities given. The room showed signs of aging and I hope the hotel would do some serious maintainence or else... Cannot comment on breakfast. Did not consume. Not an early bird. But I heard its good. Staff was very polite. They will greet you whenever they see you. Good job! Location wise is not bad. Very busy location. Easy to get Grabcar. Always got it within less than 5 mins. To and fro popular malls such as Sunplaza/Centre Point cost min. 11k RP. Overall satisfied.

The receptionist upon check in was not attend we properly. I was at 1st queue and she seem like not interested to attend me and serve the foreign guest queuing behind me... she even don’t apology to me and make nonsense face to me... so bad attitude
