The hotel is beautiful. The location, in quiet Istinye Sariyer right on the water, is beautiful. If you have business or family in the area this is a beautiful hotel choice. Expect gorgeous accommodations without the crowds, but also without staff-there is no concierge. I just stayed for a week in August and there was no helpful staff. The front desk staff will not know you or be helpful. The rooms are very clean and the food is excellent…behind the scenes the staff works hard. It is the front of house staff that this hotel lacks, so be prepared if you do not speak Turkish.
