The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended."

"We had the most amazing stay at the riad Charme D'Orient! Laurence was delightful and her staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was in great conditions, we loved the breakfast and we also took advantage of the Hammam treatments on our last day (to pay separately). The riad is near the Medina but away from the chaos. We received great assistance and care, from booking our taxi to advice on places to visit, etc. We would highly recommend and we hope to go back one day! "

"I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses."

"The location is perfect to walk to any of the main tourist attractions, Souks, Medina, and a local shopping square. The staff and hospitality was fantastic. They can help you arrange anything. The quantity and quality of food at breakfast was ridiculously good. The spa treatment I received from Sahara was unbelievable. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Sweet place, tucked away at the end of an alley (not directly accessible by car, but the hotel staff comes on foot to meet you from where the taxi drops you off, and helps you carry your luggage back to the taxi at the end.) Everything is built around a beautiful courtyard where you eat your meals, and there are stairs that lead you up a few flights to a really cool, eclectic-feeling rooftop with a small enclosed pool, which is great for views and listening to the call to prayer and working/relaxing on the sun loungers. It’s very nice but not “luxurious”, but it’s priced well and the service is what really makes this place. Everyone is so kind and eager to help in any way they can. They have a little restaurant and will cook you anything you order from scratch on the spot (!). They also have a small spa where I got a wonderfully relaxing massage for cheap! Overall, this place feels like a calm and safe little oasis in a crazy busy and slightly overwhelming city! Can’t wait to come back."
