The location is great: it’s not far from the motorway and is close to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and helpful. "Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel"

"Breakfast was amazing and the hotel had interesting restaurants and piano bar, The only issue was the temperature of our bedroom that could not be controlled. It was often too hot."

"The room wasnt bad for the price. My only complaint is with Hotels.com. the description of the rom was a bit misleading. We ended with two twin beds that were not next to each other. Me and my wife slept across the room from one another."
