"Booked a stay here for 2 nights however my dog sledding got cancelled the night before so with not much else to do I kept moving. Even though they were not obliged to they refunded me the second night which I thought was excellent . The place was excellent value for money . The attached pub was great and strange as it may seem for a small mining town in Sweden I had what is very possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had and eat a lot of pizza ! Overall highly recommended "

"Ok room. Thought i had booked a room inside the hotell, but we were placed behind the hotell in some kompleks. Asked for an upgrade but the price was very high during the easter. Good breakfast and friendly staff "

"The staff were nice and the place was great. Since we were there for a vacation, it would have been nice to have a concierge service. No one there knew anything about how the northern lights industry worked. We had to figure out what to do completely by searching the internet. It was a pain. It would be easy to know all that and help guests negotiate it."
