"Cleanliness ok, Amenities ok, facilities well maintained. Some reception staff were very patient and helpful but some not so. Sweden is an expensive country, so based on the price paid for a bunk bed, I would expect a higher level of services and quality compared to those across the globe and other accommodation in sweden. It Is also annoying to have to rent bedsheet, pillow case and durvet cover for SG39. "
"Booked a stay here for 2 nights however my dog sledding got cancelled the night before so with not much else to do I kept moving.
Even though they were not obliged to they refunded me the second night which I thought was excellent .
The place was excellent value for money .
The attached pub was great and strange as it may seem for a small mining town in Sweden I had what is very possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had and eat a lot of pizza !

"We stayed at a 2 bedroom chalet. Everything is way below average for the amount charged. The furniture is incredibly outdated. The main bedroom bed has no sidetables. The second bedroom furniture was very very old. The steps to the second floor are incredibly narrow and dangerous. The did not provide coffee in the unit! And ask that we pay 10€ for the wood for the wood stove! We are gold-level hotels.com members as we travel a great deal. I would never return to his location and do not recommend it. The only silver lining was that Sanni at the front desk was just FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. "
