"I like this car hotel the team is so friendly and helpful. I have a trouble for the first night because I request for that accessible room for disability, but they don’t have any after one day they move us for the accessible room and it was very good I’m really hirecommended. "

"Our stay at this hotel has been very good. The only issue we had was the parking. It shared parking with the next-door hotel. But other than that, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to restaurants and right next to the freeway for easy highway access. Overall experience is great, and I will come back to this hotel for future stays."

"Hotel was good and the room itself had a surprisingly good number of amenities, like a dishwasher, kitchen table, plates and cutlery. Located in an excellent area and there were lots of restaurants around to pick and choose from. Only 2 complaints from me. Microwave was "broken" and had to call service to have someone take a look at it. Toilet gasket needed replacing so the toilet was constantly flushing water. I'm a light sleeper so it was more annoying than I would have hoped. Besides that...

"1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2. Lots of construction on the site 3. Restaurant closed early and with no food options in the neighborhood, there is really no place to hang out or get food. In fact all amenities...

"We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. Above the spa the glass dome was broken above our heads so we were nervous that it would break more and fall on us. The pool was definitely not heated and was as cold as ice. My kid swims in cold water but even to cold for...

"Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent."
