"The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip."

I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. "

"Absolutely would not recommend. I went to check in and there were drops of blood all over the lobby floor and outside on the sidewalk. Apparently, someone was just stabbed at the motel. Three police cars arrived and I never went to my room. I have children and left immediately. I requested a refund and Expedia refused."
