"Although we read mixed reviews, we decided to stay at this unique hotel — and we are so happy we did. Upon arriving, we received a warm welcome and a short guided tour explaining the history of the place. Our room was very nice, and the bathroom was very big. We had to work in the evening, and the new Wi-Fi installed a few weeks ago was very strong and perfect for us. The palace is surrounded by a big forest and a garden, with many options for hiking. The restaurant was a bit expensive, but that is totally normal for a 5-star palace hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended."
