We are sorry the roads seemed confusing to you, and you had to turn around. The road is lit up, and paved, and if you followed it, you would have drive right to your wagon.The last stop has a sub shop, which is phenomenal. They offer fresh cut meats and cheese. They also bake their sub bread fresh daily as well as fresh pizza dough with all fresh ingredients. They actually have a chicken wing that is seasoned for days, and they bake them and flash fry them. All of the items at Last Stop are homemade and fresh.

We are happy to hear the property was nice and clean for you. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your experience with us. For the hot water, when we did our orientation, we checked the air, heat and the hot water, and it all worked. Most people mistake it and turn the knob the wrong way. The concierge left their phone number, and was available to look at the water problem as they are 25 yards away. Our filet and ribeye are certified black angus beef and are the best quality you can get, so that is why our pricing is higher. Whereas they carry low quality meat. The last stop has a sub shop, which is phenomenal. They offer fresh cut meats and cheese. They also bake their sub bread fresh daily as well as fresh pizza dough with all fresh ingredients. They actually have a chicken wing that is seasoned for days, and they bake them and flash fry them. As a glamping resort in our second year of business, we spend extra time on making sure our accommodations are 110%, and immaculately clean. This is why we have the earlier check out time. We are sorry to hear about your bathroom experience. The shared bathroom has lighting in and around it, and we have a concierge on site that would have helped with any issues you may have encountered. As for the misquote of the upgrade, we apologize. Our main office is open from 6am-10pm if you have any pricing issues in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. As previously mentioned, our establishment was undergoing construction, but we are pleased to inform you that the construction phase has been completed. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a complimentary upgrade to a wagon. Please be aware that our location operates off the grid, relying on solar power, which means there are limited power amenities available. However, we do offer WiFi access and in the wagon, we have charging options for phones and other devices. Please note that due to power limitations, hair dryers cannot be used. Additionally, for your convenience, a coffee maker is available in the wagon.

We appreciate your efforts in bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback holds great value to us as it enables us to enhance our services and ensure an improved experience for our valued guests.Regarding the issue of insufficient bedding and malfunctioning lanterns, please be informed that Steve, our host, is available at all times during your stay to address any additional bedding requirements or supply needs. While there was a full-sized comforter on the pull-out bed, we would have been more than happy to provide extra supplies upon request.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unsupported mattress. We understand the significance of a restful night's sleep, and had we been notified, we would have promptly offered an alternative bed or made efforts to fix the existing one.Regarding the mobile generator, we would like to clarify that the tipi was recently constructed and is not yet connected to the solar grid. The generator was not intended to run throughout the entire night, just until the tipi was to comfortable temperature, especially considering the significant drop in temperature to the low 50s after dusk.Upon reviewing your feedback regarding the absence of a shower in the tipi, we would like to kindly clarify that the listing states only a toilet and a sink. We are currently undergoing new development, and communal showers will be added on July 1st. Had you requested it, we would have been accommodating and explored alternative shower arrangements. Your comments will serve as a valuable reminder for us to enhance the visibility of important information in our listings. Our location boasts exceptional uniqueness and numerous features that set us apart from other glamping resorts. Our Tipis and tents are the only ones in the US that have a sink and toilet. Additionally, being the sole glamping resort adjacent to the western rim of the Grand Canyon is a source of pride for us. We strive to offer competitive yet reasonable services. We sincerely hope that you will grant us another opportunity to serve you in the future, allowing us to demonstrate the true quality of our accommodations.
