"The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location and very quiet"

"Room was upgraded on our arrival, my husband and i don't get out much so that was a lovely surprise, staff were very personable and genuine at the desk, even offering advice to help us get to our event in Toronto, George at breakfast service seemed to genuinely care about our happiness at breakfast, and even got a call because we left something in the room! We immediately booked the same room for our return in November... best hotel stay i think we've had in years! We'll be recommending this...
