"The main problem was with the rental company. They had the incorrect password listed in the notebook. When we called them, they kept saying it was correct and saying theyโd get back with us. Over several hours they never re-contacted us. Weโd have to constantly contact them. We were able to figure out the password which was different than the one they had listed."

"We chose this establishment as a stopover on our way to Baltimore. Immediately, we could see why folks tend to stay longer. This place is absolutely lovely in every way. The Inn is beautiful. We had a corner room upstairs with a few of the waterway. The room was super cozy and well appointed. Even better were the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. Coffee, tea, and cookies on demand 24X7! Breakfast was stellar. We decided to dine outside on the patio overlooking the lake. Whatever you order, get it with sourdough. :) I recommend Lake Pointe without reservation. It was fabulous and I'm sure we'll return."
