"Our bathroom had not been thoroughly prepared. Used toiletry bottles and soap, no washcloths, sink not clean, Bobby pins left on counter and a glass of water on desk. Blanket in bed was frayed and had holes. Lamp by the bed had a broken switch."

It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). "Room was not clean and smelled of mildew. Pubes on sink and hair on pillows. Was offered a new room then was told it wasn’t available any longer. Staff acted like no one cared at all but it’s all good"
