"The room is large and clean. The staff at the front desk was nice. The restaurant Vista is gorgeous. The only thing felt a little uncomfortable is the smell from the bed sheet. It could smell like cigarette."
"Clean room and shower had a good pressure on it with hot water.but no room cleaning service because you have to let them now and asked for clean towels the front desk lady told me either I can come down and get it or I have to wait at leas 20 minutes because I guess supposedly there was a sign in the room which we didn’t see it and we supposed to let them know a night before I thought that was stupid and I told her that I didn’t see it. We didn’t see the sign and she was gaining a little attitude about it."
"Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I was second in line. They said they didn't have a room, then said they did but couldn't find it, then found one. They charged me full price for it when they were allegedly placing an incidental hold, even though the reservation was prepaid. They said it was because of a new computer system, but the lack of training and lack of communication was unacceptable. I went down the next morning to check on the charges because the night desk worker didn't know, and the morning person couldn't answer either and told me I needed to come back after the manager got out of a meeting. I would never stay here again, new computer system or not"
"Most of the plug in outlets didn’t work. The mattress was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. And there was just a thin blanket over the top of the sheet, now bed spread. The tv barely got a signal, when it worked. The thermostat didn’t work. It was a cold night and the heat didn’t work. It was just a fan blowing the cold air in the room around. We had a cold stay in a cold climate city. Definitely not worth it to stay here, which is too bad, because the staff were super friendly."
