"The owner/manager was out of town and not accepting reservations, but through some internet mistake I was able to book a room anyway. I called them when I got there and they were super accommodating, letting me into the office remotely and checking myself in. How kind of them! The room looked recently remodeled. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. "
