"The rooms and grounds were lovely and clean
The menu was ok but the food taste uninspiring
The movie about the archeological sites was outdated and impossible to hear due to a bad and outdated audio video system
The WIFI was non existent in the rooms and spotty in the reception area
The staff in the restaurant mostly seemed like they were put out when having to serve and could use more training
The worst was the staff at the front desk who were inattentive no matter who manned the desk the...
"Nice hotel. Great customer service. Has a wonderful and peaceful beach on the lake. You can go on kayak, included on reservation. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. AC works like a charm. Everything is quite delightful except for the food. Expensive and not that good. (Breakfast is OK, but lunch/Dinner menu not so much)
I Do recommend this hotel. I'd definetely go back. (half hour trip from Airport or to tikal)"

"Wir kamen abends später an und die Unterkunft konnte uns weder etwas zu essen, noch etwas zu trinken zur Verfügung stellen. Wir mussten hungrig ins Bett gehen. Am nächsten Tag war der Strom ausgefallen und wir mussten kalt duschen und konnten keinerlei dringliche Sachen im Internet erledigen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht in Ordnung."
"We loved out stay at Casa de Don David! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were comfortable for our visit to Tikal. The food was also delicious. The staff helped us arrange a driver for airport pickup and dropoff as well as transportation to and from Tikal. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
