"Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account. Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. "We were placed in handicap room due to faulty toilet in our original room. No problem but the pull out bed was a sunk in canoe and we could feel all the springs. Definitely do not recommend "
