"I stayed at KAYA Hotel for one night before heading to Petra, and I was really impressed. The location is fantastic—very central, close to Abdali, and conveniently near the JETT bus stop, which makes traveling around easy. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade—from a basic option to a spacious junior suite with a living area, a large double bed, and a beautiful bathroom. It was an incredible value for money. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and I also tried the dinner buffet, which was reasonably priced and had a great selection. The staff went out of their way to explain dishes, give recommendations, and make the experience pleasant. Overall, KAYA Hotel offers great service, a comfortable and stylish room, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman, even if just for a short stay."
