The room was basic but clean. The TV was a little wonky (but I think it was my specific TV because the one in my parents' room was fine). We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. "This lodge is lovely and peaceful, and each room has a great view of the river. The meals were good and they have a lovely dining area that overlooks the river as well. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. A delayed flight caused me to have to change my booking at the last minute and the response from the lodge was very understanding. I missed a night's stay and I really wish I'd been able to stay that extra night. It's a lovely location, a bit of a drive outside of Maun but on...
