"If you are not a smoker, this hotel/casino is not for you. Even though there were "No Smoking Areas" inside the casino, many patrons did not follow the posted signs. Ashtrays reeked of cigarettes and cigars. We had "black" fingers at the end of the night due to "soot" of the casino "buttons." Furthermore, we were given a room on the 8th (no smoking room) floor. The cigarette smell was so bad (outside, on different floors, etc.) that our entire clothing reeked of smoke! Due to the "smoke smells", we had to leave a day early and did not stay for (2) two nights. Our shower and faucet only had "hot" water, which was brought to the attention of the hotel supervisor on duty (when we checked out)."

"Everything was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. They are in the middle of remodeling. Just wish there was a protein option for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs at least. "

"The place is a dive. They allowed bus drivers to monopolize most of the parking by parallel parking over 5 to 6 stalls. There were no ice buckets to fetch ice. Toilet looks like no one scrubs under the seat. The picture in the ad is not indicative of what the property looks like today. If it was conveniently located to where I needed to be, I would not be staying there again."

"Everything was perfect "

"The rooms was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the property backed up to a wooded area so you didn't have to deal with noise and glaring neon signs. I stayed for three nights and the problems listed below didn't occur until the third day and I didn't register a complaint with the management because I didn't want to have to repack everything to move to another room for the last night. One problem was the AC was cooling but I had to keep turning the thermostat down because it was not cooling efficiently. Another problem was the microwave was not working. I didn't report it because I didn't try using it until the last nighr. Lastly, the toilet had to be repeatedly flushed each time because the water would spin around in the bowl, but not drain the waste. I did report that and was told it would be taken care of."

"Disappointing for Hampton Inn. No staff, limited service. Dim and worn room with mold in shower the bathroom. Disappointed n the 8.8 rating. It is not. "
