Grateful for this room

Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room.

Chambre pas propre : poil dans la douche, tache sur le lino au sol. Peu faire mieux. Etablissement situé dans un zone commercial avec buffet et restaurants cela a des avanatges comme des inconvénients.

Je suis seul et ils m ont facturé 2x 2jours le petit déjeuner et la taxe de séjour. De plus qu un agent de hôtel.com, trouve cela normal, même si au final ils ont décider de rembourser le 2 petit déjeuner en trop mais pas la taxe de séjour. Inacceptable

Un BandB Hotel très bien. L'hotel est très propre, recent, nous avons passé un bon sejour. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le parking n'est pas très grand et non sécurisé.

Personnel adorable et hotel agrèable

Super propre et personnel très sympa. Evidemment les environs ne sont pas tres beaux, car dans un zoning commercial. Mais l'hotel en lui meme est bien décoré, très propre, agréable.

Ruime kamer, goed gelegen (winkels, restaurants), helaas stonk de kamer heel erg, de receptioniste heeft ons wel geholpen door de kamer schoon te maken en parfum te spuiten. S’Nachts waren de gasten wel luidruchtig. Het ontbijt was top! En de meneer die daar in de keuken werkt was ook hartstikke vriendelijk! Hij bood ons glutenvrije cakejes aan waar we blij mee waren. Inchecken en uitchecken ging makkelijk en snel.

Leider extrem laut durch die Schlitze unter den Zimmertüren. Man hört dadurch jedes Wort der Gäste auf den Fluren, als würden sie im Zimmer stehen. Da das Hotel in den Zimmern kein Teppich, sondern Linoleum hat, ist ein etwa 1cm Schlitz unter der Zimmertür welcher dazu führt dass kann leider sehr hellhörig Zimmer hat und dort schlecht Ruhe findet. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und somit abends Recht ruhig, gegenüber ist allerdings ein China Buffet und die Gerüche können rüberziehen bei offenem Fenster, wenn das Zimmer auf dieser Seite liegt.

Aucun professionnalisme. Très mécontent.

Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de me rendre à cet hôtel car, ceux-ci n'ont pas accepté le décalage d'une journée. C'est à dire au lieu du samedi 03/08 et 04/08/24 soir, je demandais du 05/08 et 06/08/2024 soir. j"ai donc pris deux chambres dans la région de Maubeuge; Par contre j'ai payé 248.00 euros que personne que personne n'a voulu me rembourser.. Cela fait un séjour trés cher. Mr THIEBAUX.

Een nette en grote kamer

De kamer was netjes, schoon en groot, voorzien van een grootbeeld-TV en Air Conditioning. Ook het ontbijt was prima, met scrambled eggs, gebakken spek en verse croissants. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Serait parfait sans la salle de sport accolée

Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui est très propre avec un personnel aimable et aux petits soins. Seuls bémols : la salle de sport qui ferme à minuit (j'étais au 2ème étage, à l'opposé de la salle mais j'entendais le "boum-boum" de leur musique ... j'ai pensé aux personnes accolées à la salle...) et le parking rempli à toute heure malgré sa taille et ça, majoritairement par les sportifs. Malgré ces 2 petits points pas tops et si je suis amenée à retourner à Maubeuge, j'y retournerai (avec des boules quiès...lol) car le centre commercial juste à coté et le personnel aimable sont de gros atouts.

Tranquille, propre,calme et pratique

Bon établissement pour faire étape. Le king buffet en face de l' hôtel est très pratique pour dîner avec un prix correct. Quartier calme en zone commerciale très aéré .
