Excellent resort beautiful views from ocean view room and the lobby area. We did half board and buffet style breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel is situated on top of a steep hill so walking into the town is not an option but the hotel provides free shuttle service which is very convenient.

The property has a pretty environment and has a nice view of the Matsushima bay area. It offers tasty meals with a good variety of food and beverages. Unfortunately the room that I was assigned, while has a nice view, is right next to the railway tracks with trains frequently passing. No information about the railway tracks were provided in the process of booking online, I believe Expedia should alert customers to state clearly their request for a quiet room away from the railway. The property should also consider installing double glazed windows for the rooms affected. Should I be staying for more than one night, I would request a change of rooms.

Perfect in most aspects except for hard beds

Excellent service and hospitality. Ocean view room is beautiful. Buffet foods are delicious too. This is one of the few hotels that I would like to give a perfect rating. However, the bed is a bit aged and too hard for me to have a good rest. So, I had to downgrade it for this only factor. I wish the hotel could review my comment and reconsider upfitting its bed condition, so that it will truly become a perfect hotel in all aspects.

客室はオーシャンビューで清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応でした。お風呂は温泉ではないことが残念ですが、広くお湯の温度も自分好みでした。サウナもとても清潔で、人も少ない時間帯でしたのでゆっくり楽しめました。ただ、朝方早い時間の露天風呂で石のタイル部分が凍っていたため 滑って転んでしまった方がいましたので、宮城での今の季節(特に冷える日)は何らかの対応(入浴開始前のチェック等)が必要ではと感じました。 食事も美味しく良かったです。朝食のコーヒーの持帰えりが出来れば尚、良いです。

部屋に入った瞬間目に入ってきた壮大な景色が感動でした。部屋も広く松島の夜景を見ながら過ごした時間、露天風呂から見える夜景とお風呂で癒されました。 それと、到着後対応してくださった女性スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 ほんと、ご飯も美味しいし、たくさんいい事づくしでありがとうございました😊

景観も良いし料理も美味しいしお風呂も良い。 ただ残念なのは部屋の空調が温度設定を自分でできなかた一括空調なことかな。弱でつけると暑いし消すと寒いし一括空調は体調を壊しやすい。 感染病が流行る最近は一括空調は厳しい。
