"The room and bed were great, 3rd floor. it was quiet and we slept well. Redding has gone down hill, unfortunately Oxford Suites is stuck in an economically depressed and high crime area of Redding.. I can't believe how run down all of Redding looks but especially where Oxford is.. The Chilis next door is shuddered, or maybe it was a macaroni grill.. several closed stores. "This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! "The bad part was the air conditioner was so loud and had major loud rapid ticking like the fan was out of alignment. Made it really hard to sleep. Could have turned it off but then no air conditioning. The bed was nice and soft with 3 pillows on the queen bed. Bathroom was clean."

"The instant we walked into this hotel we knew it wasgoing to be a good stay. The lobby was inviting, clean and huge. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very big and the beds were better than our beds at home! Our dinner in the hotel dining room was delicious, reasonably priced and with great service."
