"Very nice & clean room. The shower/tub situation was a bit awkward for the room, but this was due to fitting into a small space. Amenities were nice and housekeeping was very helpful when needed. Nice pool, towel situation with coupons was unnecessary. Breakfast could improve for price."

"Rialto hotel was a great hotel right in the middle of the Gothic district. It was close to restaurants and shops. Staff were very accommodating by taking our luggage when we arrived very early, so we could explore the city. Called cabs as needed and let us know when they arrived. They even helped carry our luggage to the cab. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again in the future."

"I had a great stay at Sercotel Hotel in Barcelona. The hotel was clean, modern, and in a convenient location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and would be happy to stay here again on a future trip."

"Hotel was great! Location would be perfect if there wasn’t so much construction going on out front (not the hotels fault). Room was clean, hallway was clean, smelled nice (truly, no sarcasm intended) as well! We did not partake in the breakfast but we did eat dinner at the restaurant which was very good! Wonderful staff. Front desk helped with having a taxi scheduled for us to leave for the airport at 5:45am, just notified them the night before. Room had a/c which was great!! If ever back to Barcelona, would stay here again."

"Clearly a very high standard of hotel and full of beautiful views, we had one of the new rooms and it was amazing, i have stayed at a lot of hotels and would highly recommend this one to anyone going to Barcelona. The only VERY small things I would say is there’s no convenience store near by some a little one in the hotel would be a added benefit, also if the rooms come with a cable or streaming device to the TV as its very limited, both very small points"

"We booked a week-long Expedia package to Barcelona to celebrate my 50th birthday with my 79-year-old mum and two sisters. * **The Room (1509):** Spectacular! Incredibly spacious, beautifully renovated corner room with fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia, great blackout blinds, and an amazing bathroom. The hotel also left lovely birthday touches like balloons, rose petals, and sparkling wine. * **The Arrival:** Despite requesting twin beds twice via Expedia, we were allocated king beds on separate floors (15 and 25). Andrea at reception was fantastic and moved us both to the 15th floor, though we had to keep the king beds, and room 1508 took a while to be ready. * **Service:** A bit hit-and-miss for a 5* hotel. Housekeeping and turndown repeatedly lacked Earl Grey tea (once sending green tea after a long wait), and our empty wine bottle/tray sat in the room and hallway for a day before clearance. However, staff at the entrance, pools, restaurants, and concierge were all wonderful. * **Facilities:** Major construction is ongoing (though it was very quiet). The adults only pool is very small, leaving the family pool incredibly crowded. Overall, a lovely hotel with stunning rooms that just needs minor fine-tuning on the room service details!"
