"My first time visiting this city and i loved my stay at the hotel! So glad i booked my room at this hotel! The most friendly staff I've ever met. My room was clean and organized. I slept really good. The pillows were so comfy as well. The pool was awesome and it's heated! My family and I had fun swimming! I loved how they offered free breakfast and the options were delicious! Only thing i was annoyed was the amount of bees that was outside 😂 other than that I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was perfect! We had a partial ocean view room with a balcony. We don’t know which was more beautiful, the spectacular gardens or the ocean waves. The delivery of breakfast was such a treat! It was hot and delicious with homemade scones, muffins, and egg croissants. Taking the trolley into St. Augustine was a big plus since the city was extra crowded during Nights of Lights. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"The hotel was located over the Lion Bridge, it was easy to walk to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations. No car needed. The place was clean and my view from my room of the harbor was gorgeous. The staff could not be more helpful, they offer suggestions for activities and restaurants. The breakfast, afternoon appetizers and free parking was an added touch. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again."
