"We loved our stay here and we definitely will book it again. We booked an Ocean View Suite and it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular and loved that we had a small kitchenette with Fridge and Freezer. Breakfast Buffet in the morning was beautifully set up with something for every Pallet. Parking was complimentary for those that rent a Car"

"Very clean and quiet! A great place to sleep one night after we arrived in Papeete and before we flew to Raiatea. The taxi fare from the airport is 2650 xpf (each way). You will need cash for this. The front desk kindly scheduled a taxi for us in the morning"

"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."

"Pros: Spacious residence suite, direct sunset view from balconies, clean throughout, easy and smooth transit organised by concierge and front desk, good variety of restaurants onsite or within 10mins taxi, beautiful and new spaced areas, love music in the evening at the pool bar, large pool area. Some cons though minor: Only one concierge staff who is often busy so you have to wait, had to call housekeeping 2x before they came, pool sunbeds get taken quickly by people who just dump their towels/bags but dont use it, need a few more waiting staff at the pool area."

It was the best meal we had on Tahiti! Perfectly grilled Mahi-mahi with a garlic and vanilla sauce and the best crème brulee we have ever had! Laurent made us breakfast with croissants and café au lait and eggs and fresh fruit and Valerie and Laurent talked with us about the local culture and the “ma’ohi spirit of Tahiti. In addition to its beautiful accommodations and delectable dining options, Maison Taina helped arrange a car rental for us, recommended beaches and best places to buy Tahitian pearls. The beauty of Tahiti combined with the unparalleled hospitality of the French owners, Valerie and Laurent, created a memorable holiday that will linger in our memories. "
