Barulho e descumprimento de horários

O Hotel Pousada é amplo e limpo. Mas, se o hóspede quiser dormir e descansar não vá a esse local. A limpeza das unidades tem barulho intenso por falta de isolamento acústico entre os quartos vizinhos, o que me acordou diversas vezes. E isto pq pedi uma unidade silenciosa. Outro grande aborrecimento foi o descumprimento do horário INFORMADO de funcionamento do restaurante, que fechou mais cedo e não pudemos jantar. Assim, meu marido TEVE que comer apenas um sanduíche (e dormiu com fome pq ele é diabético e não poderia comer 2 mistos). Pedi lençois no quarto, o que também gerou chateação: só fui atendida na 3a. reclamação; Não disponibilizar shampoo; Dentre outros desgastes sofridos.

Local muito agradável, extremamente bem cuidado, é notório o zelo com que é administrado. Ideal para o descanso. Próximo ao local onde o Rio se encontra com o mar, é possível ir a pé. Muito verde, ideal para o descanso. Apenas a titulo de sugestão, sentimos falta da tapioca e omelete no café da manhã.

O ar condicionado não funciona

Lugar muito bom, aconchegante e bonito, deixou a desejar na cama, e o principal o ar condicionado, não estava funcionando e se tornou meio que impossível dormir por conta do calor, mandei msg para a recepção porém não me deram retorno.

Ótimo para descansar

Minha estadia na pousada foi ótima ,funcionários prestativos, o café era simples mas gostoso, perto da praia, piscina não muito grande, mas muito boa. A única coisa que tenho queixa é o Wi-Fi que não funciona no quarto e quando a pousada está com muitos hóspedes não funciona de jeito nenhum , nem na recepção. Recomendo a pousada e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar .

Muito bom . Hotel só peça um pouco nos tipos de serviços que deixariam o lugar ainda mas interessante o lugar. Como serviço de quarto e telefone no mesmo etc.. Mas o atendimento é fantástico as pessoas super agradável . Lugar muito lindo e agradável .
