Great accommodations. There were restaurants nearby and a McDonalds right next door. Plenty of parking and conveniently located.

The property is new and clean. Very few signs of wear, except the towels. The beds and pillows are very firm, but not uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and clean

The hotel is a short walk from the station. I think I saw a shuttle service but I didn’t use it. Everything seemed pretty new, all was clean and worked fine. I had the breakfast buffet - lots of choices (but not many western-style breakfast foods). Room and bed was comfortable and I could actually control the A/C temperature! There are a McDonalds and Sukiyaki nearby for fast food, plus other restaurants and pubs in the area.

　お風呂の蛇口がピカピカに光っていたし、シャワーも強くて気持ちよかった。　レストランの夕食も、安くて美味しかった。

普通のビジネスホテルです。この普通というのが意外とむずかしくて、例えば施設の老朽化や清掃の行き届かなさによる衛生面の不安や、求めたサービスにたいするスタッフさんの対応など、全てにおいてストレスなく快適に過ごさせてもらいました。特別な旅行やラグジュアリー感のあるホテルを求めるので無いならば文句なしの良いホテルです。

部屋が広く、清潔。コインランドリーは、女性用風呂場内にも設置があり、すぐに使えた。朝食会場も規模に見合う十分な広さがあり清潔。行きは駅から徒歩だったが、暗い夜道は女性には少々きつそう。益田駅の北側にも出口があれば、徒歩客にはもっと便利だと思いますが、致し方なし。朝は、送迎車を出してくれた。全体的にコストパフォーマンス抜群と感じた。

このホテルには駐車場が2ヶ所ありますが、初めて行くと第二駐車場の存在自体が分かりませんでした。第一駐車場の中に第二駐車場の存在と場所を分かりやすく掲示した方が良いのではないでしょうか。たまたま第二駐車場に止めたと思われる人が歩いてきたから分かったのですが、歩いてきた人がいなかったら、ホテルに聞いていたと思います。駐車場以外は、ルートインとしては標準的だと思います。
