"Lovely hotel built into three adjoining buildings, which required a bit of exploration to find my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably due to the age of the property and the nature of the building, the walls between rooms are quite thin and I could hear my neighbours moving and talking very clearly. I would still stay here again as it’s very conveniently located for exploring the city and for good public transport access."

"I think the brand has taken it too far with the whole environmental slant. It's funky to the point of being slightly ridiculous. I was in Lyon in late November and the heat couldn't be turned up above 19.5 C - and there is some corny message by the thermostat about conserving energy (it's not conserving the energy that's corny but the message was). The ceiling is black rough surface. Still gives me the heebie-jeebies (I shouldn't have looked up, lol). But the room and bed were relatively clean....

"La chambre était propre, bien équipée, bien chauffée. Le personnel très serviable et efficace. Par contre hôtel lui-même a besoin la revitalisation, les couloirs sont sales (1m de toile d'araignée dans tous les angles) et généralement au mauvais état. "
