"Very dusty room"

"The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor."

"I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! The breakfast was ok but it was the same breakfast every morning. It also...

"I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!"

"The property was ok, the people were more friendly than the average. Stayed 8 days. The room became quite small after about the 3rd day. Totally disliked the TV. No streaming and just 25-30 channels that were mostly garbage to my tastes. Worst TV options/selection that I have seen in 40 years - thought I had returned to Mexico with this location’s limited offering."

"The entire facility was spotless. Plenty of parking and good outside lighting. Used the hot tub and pool. Both were sparkling clean. The room was quiet, modern and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Convenient location for freeway access."
