"The room was nice. Unfortunately, the water supply went out so no water to flush toilet or wash face. I did not eat breakfast since the person who put out food would not have been able to wash hands."

"The rooms were very nice. The staff was so friendly and kind. The location was perfect for us. We needed to be close to downtown. We were able to control the air conditioning/heating in the room, which was nice and the room was spotless."

"My stay was very disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which immediately gave a poor first impression. There were no towels provided, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a prepared room. Additionally, the curtains had visible stains, and the bed sheets did not appear clean, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements...

"First time to Natchez and I’m so glad we chose Choctaw Hall. It was absolutely amazing and made the trip staying in this beautiful home. David and Lee are the most wonderful hosts! "The staff was above and beyond friendly. However for a Saturday night and weekend the bar was not open and didn’t plan on it. We were told we could shuttle to the Casino for use of that bar. The breakfast was stocked and had a fresh variety. The room could use a good cleaning. The shower was dirty and behind the bathroom door had mold spots on the floor so you could tell it had not been mopped or scrubbed. For $200 a night I was not impressed "
