"There is too much discrimination in this hotel. So, you think you book a 4 * hotel but basically within the hotel, your choice makes it 3 * or less. The room that I booked had a picture with wasserkocher but in reality, I am told that that only exists in upper rooms. "The hotel sits in one of Hamburg’s rougher areas is not something I’d overlook. The public transport connection is genuinely convenient, with a bus and metro stop right nearby that gets you into the city quickly, but our trip through the underground station during the day was uncomfortable enough to be worth mentioning. "Der Aufenthalt war prima und es ist klagen auf hohem Niveau, dass die Klimaanlage etwas zu warm war und es zum Frühstück keine warmen Gerichte gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das parken in der Tiefgarage war unkompliziert."
