ビジネス上不便であったのはWi-Fiが不安定であったこと、数日間の滞在者にとっては冷蔵庫が欲しいところだが、持続可能なホテルにとって、ミニ冷蔵庫を設置しないことは理解せざるを得ない。遮音は問題なく、朝食もドイツとしてはそれなりのレベル（環境を配慮した食材の提供なので、トマトやはつか大根、リンゴは傷が在ったりする）。バスタブのある部屋をもらえたが、バスタブのパッキンがしっかり閉まらず、バスとしてはあまり使えなかった。

Personnel de la réception hautain et suffisant. Chambre négligée: mini bar rempli des restes des occupants précédents, pas de machine à expresso, pas d’oreillers sup, salle pdj sous dimensionnée, 20 min pour un chocolat chaud!
