Wonderful hill-top town and castle with magnificent views all round.

A lovely hotel. I think it’s family run and very friendly and helpful. Very clean and they have a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast.

This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The hotel was extremely charming with excellent staff. The hotel was nothing short of beautiful.The receptionist was very accomidating, nice and helpfull. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel resturant, and on top of the tasty dinner with unique dishes of the area, staying at the hotel will earn you a 10 percent discount at the resturant.
