"The hotel is lovely, a mix of traditional and modern, with a beautiful garden. The staff were all charming and really helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Shkoder but in a very quiet location."

"Great location with parking. Very dated, tired rooms with very poor air conditioning. The gym is very basic. Breakfast looked like left overs from a previous nights buffet. I'd go elsewhere."

"A very new feel about the place, great central location in the town to surrounding restaurants and shops. Up too early for breakfast, so no idea what that was like but the staff were always helpful and polite."

"The location was great. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Very pleasant stay. The main drawback for me was parking. There is no place to even approach the hotel with an auto - to even make inquiries. I had to illegally park my car. And "parking available" apparently means "you are on your own". So I had to drive around and find a parking place. Would be good to know before. "
